All information is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. IP intelligence data is probabilistic and reflects point-in-time observations from public sources. Risk assessments may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.
IP addresses do not reliably identify individuals. Network metadata describes infrastructure, not people. Do not use this data as the sole basis for access control, legal, or enforcement decisions.
Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions.
The IPDebrief platform, scoring algorithms, and aggregation methods are proprietary. Raw network metadata sourced from public registries remains subject to the original source licenses. Source attribution is maintained for all data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPDebrief and its operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this service, including but not limited to decisions made based on the data provided.
